Since getting her start in the industry in 1990, she has ranked among the top-producing agents in Los Angeles, earning a reputation for her honesty, professionalism, and steadfast commitment to her client's success. 

Raised in the San Fernando Valley, Marlene has watched the Valley develop and flourish from east to west, offering clients the advantage of a "local's” expertise backed by tried and true experience. Her extensive real estate background and continued education ensures she stays abreast of current market trends, real estate law, and financial conditions. Always quick to respond to the wants and needs of her clients, Marlene prides herself on serving as a trusted guide throughout every step of a real estate transaction. 

Prior to her career as an agent, Marlene worked as a teacher with the Los Angeles Unified School District, honing her communication skills with unwavering professionalism, honesty, and patience. She has been the recipient of Top Producer awards and served as a member of the International President's Circle, ranking among the top 10% of sales associates. 

A graduate of UCLA, when Marlene is not serving her clients in real estate, she enjoys staying active with spinning and cardio hip-hop and loves film and theater. She supports the Cancer Foundation and local schools.
